1-Star DIY Kits
DIY Kit Information
We know it can be hard to compile all the elements you need to set up your own water-fed pole system. For all those DIY-minded customers we have pulled together a list of items that would provide all you need to set up your system.
The kit does not come with a complete instruction manual as to how to assemble your kit as it is simply an aid to you in getting all the correct component parts, however please do feel free to ring and ask for advice on how to set up different parts of the system if needed.
Alternatively you can use the list below as a reference guide as you go about the website and select the items you specifically want e.g. a different sized tank or premium waterstop connectors instead of standard ones etc.
Pay Load:
You will need to find out the pay load of your vehicle and ensure that it will accommodate the weight of a full tank of water, the additional equipment, a full-tank of fuel and your own weight. The dimensions of each tank type are available on the "Water Tank" section of the website and you can also request a flat version of the tank but please call when making the order.
We hope this helps!

1-Star Kits
Entry Level DIY Kits include:
1 x Tank (including Valve)
1 x 100 GPD RO System including DI
1 x Flojet 100psi Water Delivery Pump
4 x Waterstop Connectors
1 x Flojet In-line Strainer
1 x 100m Microbore Hose
1 x Metal Hose Reel (including adaptor for Microbore)
1 x Microbore Tap Assembly - Short Handle
1 x 30m 1/2" Hose
2 x Stainless Steel Hose Clips for Microbore
4 x Stainless Steel Hose Clips for 1/2" Hose
Basic set-up:
Tap feeds the 100GPD RO system, completely pure water comes out of the system which you can fill your tank with. You then need to set up your pump so that it draws the water out and straight to your hose reel and then to be connected to whichever pole you want to select.
Important:
To complete your system you need to find your own way of securing your tank to your van - you can see the options currently available on our website under "Water Tanks" and then select the water fed poles that you want to use. You also need to purchase a leisure deep cycle battery such as are shown on our website but these cannot be transported with a Kit purchase so it needs to be bought from a local supplier.
