Hood cleaning process

Heavy soilage: steps 1,2,3,4a,4b,5,6
Light soilage: Steps 1,2,4a,5,6

Step 1: Cover Equipment
Cover all sensitive cooking equipment like fryers, ranges and griddles before starting to clean overhead.
Step 2: Prepare Step 2: Cleaning Solutions
- Fill the Sprayer On A Belt with concentrated cleaning solution and spray the brush.
- Fill the 28L bucket with clear water to be used as rinse water only.
Step 3: Clean Corners Step 2: and Tight AreasHeavy
- Apply cleaning solution onto the Unger Corner Brush using the Sprayer On A Belt. Scrub corners and tight areas.
- Use 4‘ or 8‘ OptiLoc poles for extended reach.
Step 4A: Hood Step 2A: Surface Cleaning
Normal Soilage
- Apply cleaning solution onto the StripWasher with the Sprayer On A Belt.
- Clean stainless surfaces using MicroStrip Washer sleeve and Swivel T-Bar.
- Use Sprayer On A Belt repeatedly to dampen the washer.
Step 4B: Hood Step 2A: Surface Cleaning
Heavy Soilage
- At high soilage level, flush the surface with a lot of water to remove the chemical solution from the surface.
- Rinse the sleeve in the bucket and repeat as needed.
Step 5: Hood Drying
- Dry and polish surface using the MicroWipe microfiber cloth attached to the Klett StripWasher.
- Replace cloth if wet as needed.
Step 6: storage
- Rinse all tools in clear water after use
- Hang on wall above floor level to allow to dry.
