Tulsion MB115 is a premium-grade virgin mixed bed resin specifically designed for the production of ultra-pure water. It is manufactured by Thermax Limited, a renowned chemical company specializing in ion exchange resins. 

Key features and composition

Mixed Bed Resin: Tulsion resin MB115 is a blend of two distinct resin types:

Cation Exchange Resin: Tulsion T-46 in Hydrogen form.

Anion Exchange Resin: Strongly basic Type 1 anion exchanger resin with Tulsion A-33 in Hydroxide form.

Optimal Ratio: The cation and anion resins are present in a 1:1.5 volume ratio, respectively. This specific ratio contributes to its high capacity and effectiveness in deionization.

High Quality: Being a virgin resin, it is not regenerated, resulting in a longer lifespan and superior performance compared to some cheaper regenerated alternatives.
