Prochem Microsan 5L
Prochem Microsan is a multi-surface, anti-microbial sanitiser and cleaner used for disinfecting carpets, upholstery, fabrics, and hard surfaces. It is widely used in commercial and healthcare settings due to its broad-spectrum efficacy.
Key features
Anti-microbial action: The formula is a registered bactericide and viricide, effective against a range of pathogens including MRSA, E. coli, Listeria, Salmonella, Coronavirus, HIV, and Hepatitis B. It also works against fungi, algae, and mildew.
Versatile application: It is safe for use on wool carpets and rugs and can be applied to floors and other hard surfaces.
Fragrance: It features a pleasant apple blossom scent.
Forms: It is available in a 1-litre ready-to-use spray (D500-01) or a 5-litre concentrated solution (D500-05).

Diluted: pH 9.5
How to use
For concentrated solution (5L):
Standard cleaning: Mix 20ml of Microsan concentrate per litre of water (2% solution).
Heavy soil and virus contamination: Mix 60ml of Microsan concentrate per litre of water (6% solution).
Directions:
Wear protective gloves, overalls, mask, and eye protection.
Always test on an inconspicuous area for colourfastness and suitability before use.
Pre-scrape or blot excess soiling.
Apply the mixed solution to the contaminated surface with a sprayer.
Allow a 15-minute contact time for bacteria and viruses. For Hepatitis B and HIV-1, allow a minimum of 30 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly, preferably with a fibre and fabric rinse.
Do not mix Microsan with other detergents.
For ready-to-use spray (1L):
Directions:
Spray directly onto the contaminated surface.
Follow the same contact time guidelines as the concentrated solution.
Blot and rinse away.

First aid: In case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children and do not allow to freeze.
