Prochem Extraction Plus carpet cleaning solution 5L

Prochem Extraction Plus (S775-05) is a professional, low-foam, liquid carpet cleaning concentrate for use with hot water extraction machines. It is also suitable for cleaning upholstery. 

Product features

Formula: The concentrate is a fluorescent green liquid with a citrus fragrance. The formula is designed to penetrate and suspend soils for a deep clean and has an anti-resoiling agent to help prevent dirt from re-settling.

Performance: It is stable at high temperatures, which allows for effective cleaning, and it dries to a powder residue that can be easily vacuumed away.

pH level: The concentrate has a high pH of 11, while the diluted solution is approximately pH 9.5. A separate acidic rinse agent, such as Prochem's B109 Fibre & Fabric Rinse, is recommended after use on wool or other natural fibers to help neutralize the pH.

Dilution:

Portable machines: Mix 100ml of Extraction Plus with 10 litres of hot water (a 1:100 ratio).

Truck-mount units: Mix 1 litre of Extraction Plus with 4 litres of water to create a metering concentrate. Set the flow meter to 2 to 4 GPH. 

Usage instructions and safety

Always pre-test the carpet or upholstery for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before proceeding with cleaning.

For heavily soiled areas, pre-spray with an appropriate cleaning agent like Prochem S709 Multi Pro before using Extraction Plus.

If foam is present from a previous cleaning, add a defoamer like Prochem S760 Liquid Defoamer.

Safety: The concentrate can cause skin and eye irritation. Always wear protective gloves and side-shield safety glasses when handling the concentrate. Keep the product out of reach of children.
